The safety of our Guests and employees is Rosarito Beach Hotel top priority. At this time all Rosarito Beach Hotel Rooms & Restaurant-Bar are open during regular business hours.
We are monitoring the Coronavirus situation and are taking action based on guidance from local and federal health experts from both Mexico and USA. We want you to know that you can Stay & Use our facilities in all confidence at Rosarito Beach Hotel. In order to maintain a safe environment and address guest concerns, we are taking specific measures.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of all common areas and commonly touched surfaces throughout our property including: door handles, countertops, tabletops, iPad/kiosks, public restrooms, Room and Bathroom`s, room keys, towel`s and linen in general, and much more. We are also providing our guest extra hands disinfection areas throughout the property based on demand and most used locations. As always, we want your experience with Rosarito Beach Hotel be an especially pleasant and safe one.
If for some reason you cannot make it to our hotel,we want to remind you that we can accommodate your reservation for future stays.Our personnel from Reservations and Customer service, are ready to answer your concerns, please fill confident to contact them anytime.

Is the border open?

Is the hotel open?
The Rosarito Beach Hotel's Suites and Guest Rooms, as well as our Restaurant are open. But, at this time we're not taking reservations for stays during May. However, even during May, you are welcome to arrive directly at the front desk, which is open 24-7 and request lodging. Rest assured that we’ll have open availability to choose from.
Is the Restaurant & Bar open?
Our restaurant is OPEN for takeout and room service. You may also order alcoholic beverages from a reduced menu of drinks along with your food order.
Is the pool/beach open?
Currently, most of our recreational areas are very restricted or closed. We can't guarantee that you will have access to some of them specifically. The beach and pools will be closed due to the current situation during May.
How do I get a Fast Pass?
The fast past is temporarily unavailable.
Do I need a passport to go to Rosarito?
Answer: A passport is required to cross back into the US, but a Passport Card is a cheaper option and is also valid for border crossing by land. For additional passport requirements and information, please visit travel.state.gov
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Answer: Pets are not allowed at the Hotel. If your reservation requires accommodation for a Service Dog, a Pre-authorization is required by the hotel management and if authorized, there´s a Pet Deep cleaning fee that must be paid when you report the service dog at the check-in time.
What is the check in & check out time ?
Answer: The check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. Early check-in is based on the availability of the type of room/suite you booked. The check-out time is at 12:00 p.m.
Do you offer a day pass?
Answer: Unfortunately we do not offer day passes at our resort, since the facilities are for the use of our guests.
