The Rosarito Beach Hotel & Spa offers two restaurants: the Azteca Restaurant-Bar, just off the resort lobby, and elegant Chabert's, located in what was once the mansion of the resort's founding family,
The Azteca offers indoor as well as outdoor dining, a full menu and drinks available from 7am until 10 pm daily. An extensive and varied menu, including specials, is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Azteca also offers takeout and room service.
Chabert's exceptional and eclectic menu features Nouvelle Baja Mediterranean Cuisine and more, including French classics, served in an elegant Old World atmosphere. Chabert's is open Friday to Sunday from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, offering an exceptional dining experience, occasionally enhanced by live piano music.

Our menu features house specialties like taquitos de adobada, tortas de carne asada, and baked potatoes stuffed with savory meats. Enjoy your meal with a refreshing drink from our full bar service.
