A Fusion of Mediterranean and Mexican
Chabert's is one of the most cosmopolitan and international dining establishments to be found anywhere. True elegance awaits guests with a beauty and grace of a bygone era. Music from the grand piano gently wafts throughout the restaurant while the décor, much of it original from the 20's and 30's, features European royal pink silk curtains, artwork, Italian mirrors with a Chinese motif and a fireplace of seven varieties of imported marble.
Heriberto Astengo, Chabert's award-winning chef for the past decade, has created a menu almost as diverse as the restaurant's ambience. From his French-accented sauces, to his exquisite appetizers and soups, to the seven different meat selections on the main course menu along with the wide variety of seafood and poultry dishes, Chabert's leaves no one discontented. But save room for the dessert because Chabert's is famous for them. Originally part of the family mansion, Chabert's is known for its fine cuisine and magnificent atmosphere that all combine to offer guests a world-class dining experience at very reasonable prices.
On the first Friday of every month Chabert's holds special wine tasting dinners featuring three to four course meals paired with a variety of select regional wines.
