 Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. White rum
- 0.5 oz. Jarabe natural
- 4.5 oz. Pineapple juice
- 1.5 oz. Coconut cream
- 2.0 oz. Chopped pineapple
- Frappéd ice
Mix all ingredients Serve in a hollow, fresh pineapple

MargaritaA Rosarito Beach Hotel Recipe
 Ingreditents:
- 1.5 oz. White Tequila
- 4.0 oz. Margarita Mix
- 1.0 oz. Triple sec liquer
- Frappéd ice
- Lime
- Salt
Mix the lime and salt and dip the rim of the glass in the mixture, so that the rim is covered with the lime-salt mixture. Mix the tequila, margarita mix, liquer and ice Serve in the prepared glass.

The Beach Comber BarA great bar...with a history!  Opened in 1926, the Beach Comber was initially little more than a palm thatched roof over a tropical bar. This little bit of paradise faces a long sandy beach and serves up the finest tropical drinks around.
The thatched roof is gone and the Beach Comber is much larger but the ocean view is still beautiful and we offer an expanded Tropical Drink Menu. Watch the waves and dolphins while you sip one of our house specialties such as the Coco Loco, a concoction of coconut milk and rum served in a real coconut. Tropical juices, beer and regular drinks are also available. |

El Sarape Bar in the Salon MexicanoDining, Dancing and Showtime! El Sarape in the Salon Mexicano is the Rosarito Beach Hotel’s largest bar and entertainment venue and is decorated with colorful sarapes.
Fiesta Mexicana is every Friday and Saturday night. The show features traditional Mexican dancing in the folkloric style, live Mariachi bands and more! The costumes are brilliant, the music is thrilling. It’s a delightful show that will entertain guests of all ages.
Traditional Mexican delicacies, sweet breads, and desserts highlight our All-You-Can-Eat Mexican Buffet dinner. Our original El Sarape Cocktails, tropical juices and regular drinks are the perfect companion for your fabulous Friday or Saturday evening.
