Casa Playa Spa Cancellation Agreement:
Hotel guests or non hotel guests.
A 24 hour notification, to cancel any spa appointment, is required to avoid being charged to your credit-card a $22 dlls. Fee for every treatment "not taken". (On Saturdays a 50% cancellation fee will apply) Please mention your agreement and forward your visa or master card information (or confirmation number if you're going to be a hotel guest) in order to hold your appointments.
