Chabert’s Restaurant Reopens
Fine Dining Featured In Former Family Mansion
During the summer the Chabert’s will be open Fridays and Saturdays from 6pm until midnight, and also is available for private functions. Winter hours will be announced in the fall.
Chabert’s menu ranges from fine dining classics such as chateaubriand for two; to the best Baja-Med cuisine, including Salmon Chabert’s; to signature Mexican dishes, among them individually made-to-order Caeser’s Salad, which was invented in nearby Tijuana.
An extensive and moderately priced menu including soups, salads, seafood, chicken, pastas and beef creates an affordable fine dining experience in a refined Old World setting. All selections from the resort’s extensive full bar, including the finest Baja wines and craft beers are offered.
The unique setting offers an intimate, relaxing and refined setting to enjoy world-class international cuisine, at times to the accompaniment of a pianist, perhaps while chatting over the chateaubriand and sipping wine from the nearby Guadalupe Valley.
